I just dropped my truck off for repairs after having transmission trouble on 495. The staff was extremely friendly and I worked with Fred who was an expert on transmissions. He explained the problem in simple terms I could understand and laid out several options as to how to handle the repair. So far I am very happy with this AAMCO.
Couldn't ask for a better mechanic shop. Other shops wouldn't give us the time of day, and they took care of everything. They work with warranty companies for you and do their due-diligence. We picked up our car yesterday, March 19, after less than 48 hours at the shop for a massive job. The dealership delivered the wrong parts, and they still found a way to get our car back to us on time. We are returning this upcoming week to have AAMCO take care of our next project. We were happy to give them our hard-earned money.
Saved me about 7,000 dollars on a new transmission by figuring out it just needed more fluid, despite what other repair shops told me.
Aamco, this location was real good. I must say we had a little bumpy road but they stood by me the whole way so I can say I give them five stars because my car is running real good now I’m happy I would recommended it well well let me say I did recommend someone. My brother-in-law also got a transmission in his work Chevy truck so yeah, don’t hesitate to come by.👍🏾
Great and knowledgeable customer service that I received from Joseph. He kept me up to status on my vehicle and I didn't have to chase him down for a status like other shops. When he says he's going to call you back he will. Thats what I appreciated the most about my experience here at AAMCO.
I took my 2017 a Toyota Rav4 Hybrid into AAMCO because I thought the heat in my car was malfunctioning. Within one half hour they did a diagnostic check and told me that there was no issue with the heat. They did not charge me for this. I was mistaken about the heat, and it's been fine ever since. I highly recommend using AAMCO for your car care needs as they offer honest, fast, and efficient service.
